Dr. Alvarez's office is conveniently located across the street from the Saint Joseph's Hospital. Take I-10 to the Kolb Road exit and then go west on Broadway Boulevard until you reach Wilmot Road. The practice is on the corner of Wilmot Road and Carondelet Drive, it is the second building on the right.
